Strawberry Rocky Road
- Angel food cake, fully baked – homemade, or store bought
- Strawberry glaze – premade or Junket strawberry glaze made according to the package on the stove top
- One carton of strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream – whatever form you choose
- Cut the angel food cake in bite sized pieces.
- In a 9×12 baking dish line the bottom with half of the pieces of angel food cake. Add half of the sliced strawberries. Add half of the strawberry glaze.
- Repeat for the second layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour if you want the glaze to set up or eat it immediately with a dollup of whipped cream on the top.
