Strawberry Rocky Road

  • Angel food cake, fully baked – homemade, or store bought
  • Strawberry glaze – premade or Junket strawberry glaze made according to the package on the stove top
  • One carton of strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream – whatever form you choose
  1. Cut the angel food cake in bite sized pieces.
  2. In a 9×12 baking dish line the bottom with half of the pieces of angel food cake. Add half of the sliced strawberries. Add half of the strawberry glaze.
  3. Repeat for the second layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour if you want the glaze to set up or eat it immediately with a dollup of whipped cream on the top.
